Who is Martha?

Martha studied Nutrition in College and learned that she could make a difference how people ate. She was concerned about Fast Foods kids were eating and with all of the fat, sodium and sugar.

In 1979 our family opened it's first Cafe in La Jolla, CA and she created All Natural, Tasty and Healthy Menu items that offered customers an alternative to most Restaurant foods that have excessive preservatives, and empty calories.

In 1989, the 'Martha's All Natural' Brand of Gourmet Baking Mixes was launched. The company now sells All Natural Baking Mixes to Gourmet, Natural Food Stores and Restaurants. In 1998 the company was asked to develop All Natural, Just Add Water products for the Navy and we now sell these products to many Branches of the Service.

The Signature All Natural, Tasty recipes for Pancakes, Chocolate Killer Cake, Coffee Cake, Quick Breads, etc were all developed for our Cafe's.

It was not long before the Cafe Customers wanted to make the Pancakes at home or send them to family and friends so we started packaging them in the kitchen, but could not keep up with request.

1. Create and offer the 'Best Tasting, Natural and Wholesome' Baking Mixes and oooSpecialty Foods on the market!

2. Products will be All Natural and Gourmet in focus and fairly priced.

3. Products will be made with highest quality ingredients.

4. Most all products will have Organic Unbleached flour.

5. Products will be low in sodium and sugar.

6. All products will have a 'Baked from Scratch Taste'.

7. Martha will always Respect and Value Customers.
